Keeping your lawn looking its best comes down to four key practices:
- Mow Regularly – Maintain a consistent height by mowing routinely during the growing season and less frequently in cooler months.
- Water Deeply, Not Frequently – Water thoroughly to encourage deep root growth, adjusting frequency based on weather and turf type.
- Feed Seasonally – Apply a quality fertiliser 3–4 times a year to support healthy growth, colour, and resilience.
- Monitor for Weeds & Pests – Keep an eye out for signs of stress or infestation, and act early with appropriate treatments.
MOWING
- Mow at least every 7-days days during the growing season (September–May) to maintain a tight, manicured appearance.
- In winter, reduce mowing to every 2–5 weeks, depending on growth rates.
