We deliver Australia-wide, including metro and regional areas. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free shipping promotions – details of such offers will be available at checkout or in promotional emails.

Delivery Times

Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Areas: 3-5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holiday periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through our courier partner’s website.

Returns Policy

At UltraGrow, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns process. Please review the details below.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging

The return shipping costs will be at your expense, and we recommend using a trackable service to ensure the safe return of your item. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping fees).

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at sales@ultragrow.com.au with your order details and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the shipping costs. Claims for faulty or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost and provide instructions on returning the incorrect item.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@ultragrow.com.au with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue or reason for the return
  • Photos of any damaged or incorrect items (if applicable)

Our team will provide you with further instructions on returning the item and the next steps in the process.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, certain items may not be eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons, including opened soil blends and custom products. If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly indicated in the product description.
