Fairway Pro-MAXX is a new generation of lawn top dressing sand suitable for the avid lawn fanatic looking to take their lawn surface to the next level. Small batch blended with the very best ingredients, Fairway Pro-MAXX will feed and smooth your lawn, improve your profile and encourage the long term health of your soil. Featuring a host of ingredients including a high quality granular fertiliser (10-2-8-6) plus micro elements, humic acid, micronized gypsum, highly soluble kelp powder made from Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed and a beneficial microbe-Bacilius subtilis supplement all correctly dosed for up to a 10mm application.
Best used as part of an annual lawn renovation as a top dress and back fill post core/aeration allowing the sand to penetrate the soil surface.
Comprised of a high quality golf course approved sand suitable for root zone sand application (based around USGA specifications).

How to Use Fairway-Pro MAXX
INSTRUCTIONS
Mow your lawn a bit lower than normal with a catcher the day before application to enhance the effectiveness of the nutrients. First, distribute the top dressing evenly across the lawn. Use a rake or a specialised top dressing tool to spread the sand evenly to a depth of 10mm. Then, water the lawn thoroughly after application. Thicker applications may be suitable for establised lawns with fast and strong recovery habits. Seek expert advice.
For the first week, it is recommended to water the lawn daily or until the grass leaves are well established and growing keeping that sand wet. Fairway-Pro MAXX incorperates added fertiliser dosed for a 10mm application. We recommend no extra granular fertliser is added until the lawn has recovered.
WHERE TO USE
Use Fairway Pro-MAXX for optimal lawn top dressing and as a sand base during putting green style installations. Spread the top dressing to a depth of approximately 10mm, ensuring the lawn shoots remain visible. Avoid burying the grass, as it can lead to lack of sunlight and harm the lawn.
WATERING
A thorough watering is required after spreading to activate the nutrients.
For the first week, it is recommended to water the lawn daily or until the grass leaves are well established and growing keeping that sand wet. Watering early morning is recommended to maximise application and reduce evaporation and wind overspray.
FERTILISING
Fairway-Pro MAXX incorperates added fertiliser dosed for a 10mm application. We recommend no extra granular fertliser is added until the lawn has recovered. A this stage, recommence your regular fertiliser regime.
After application, bio-stimulants such as Dyna-Maxx will aid in speedy and strong recovery.
