Its scientific formulation is a 100% blend of ideal components free from liquid and green-waste. Importantly, it’s based on our intensely rich certified composted bark to maintain air-filled porosity and our certified black Enviro Humus-Compost AS-4454.
Platinum Garden Soil Blend comprises a very high concentration of bio-inoculants like Bacillus subtilis creating a living organism that matures and improves over time. Further, it’s made for immediate plant establishment and superior growth for up to 16-months and beyond. How to Use Platinum Garden Soil
INSTRUCTIONS
UltraGrow Platinum® Garden Soil is ideal for all garden bed applications including veggie gardens. It can be used with native plants except for varieties with high sensitivity to Phosphorus. Always use a suitable mulch to preserve moisture. Â
Bags can be stored sealed out of direct sunlight for up to 12-months.
Warning: Don’t use like other waste based ‘soils’ as this soil holds moisture and is rich in nutrients so don’t over water or fertilise at initial installation.

WATERING & MULCHING
A thorough watering is required after planting to activate the microbes and nutrients incorporated in UltraGrow Platinum® Garden Soil. These essential nutrients last up to 16-months, while the bio inoculants make this a living medium, resulting in healthy plant growth for many years.
All garden soil should be mulched in order to protect the soil from the elements. Mulch will reduce moisture loss, suppress weeds and continue to decompose and feed the soil.
Fertilising
The soluble nitrogen content of this mix is higher, and its ability to consume soluble nitrogen is lower than that of regular mixes. A balanced fertiliser has been added at the time of manufacture, but additional fertiliser is recommended for optimal growth as part of a regular fertilising and maintenance regime.Â
At time of planting, UltraGrow Platinum® Garden Soil will provide all your plant needs to establish. While plants are stressed from handling and replanting, a treatment of Pure Kelp will ensure great results.Â

Most commercially available soils and potting mix blends are comprised of a combination of loam soil and poorly composted green-waste supplied by the recycling industry. In the composting process, liquids are added. Though highly regulated, the quality of the finished product can be highly variable and inconsistent compromising the finished product.
