It contains a high concentration of beneficial microbial inoculants, humates, rock minerals and moisture holding minerals excluding crystal polymers. Activator is laboratory certified passing Australian Standards AS 4454 and is SXC certified for use in organic farm applications. All this culminates in this unique living organism closely resembling natural humus which is found on the forest floor after many years of decay.

How to Use Activator Soil Conditioner
INSTRUCTIONS
All the ingredients help create a stable and rich organic growing environment that nurtures and adds living microbial activity back into your soil. After application, exceptional plant growth is guaranteed. The long-term wetting agents and humates help reduce watering and leaching of nutrients into the environment while making them available to the plants when they want them.
This unique Humus-Like product is vital to conditioning your soil because it readily chelates, making all nutrients and minerals available for the plants while increasing water holding capacity.

NEW GARDENS & POTS
We always recommend starting a garden project with a good quality garden soil or potting mix. However, Activator Soil Conditioner can be used to improve a basic blend.
Mix through the soil or potting mix blend at a rate of between 5-10% or 5-10L to 100L of soil.
Activator Soil Conditioner will act as a clay breaker and can be worked through sub-surface layers to improve the soil structure prior to installing your A horizon planting mix.
EXISTING GARDENS
Cultivate up to 5L of Activator Soil Conditioner per square metre of garden bed by turning the tired soil with a garden fork or hoe.
If your existing garden is planted heavily, it can also be placed around your plants on top of your existing beds and mulched over.
Activator Soil Conditioner will act as a clay breaker and can be worked through sub-surface layers to improve the soil structure.

Everything included in our blends have been selected for very specific reasons be it to improve the air-filled porosity, increase water holding capacity or feed the plant and micro organisms. Everything plays a part in creating a growing medium designed to encourage healthy plant growth.
Most commercially available soils and potting mix blends are comprised of a combination of loam soil and poorly composted green-waste supplied by the recycling industry. In the composting process, liquids are added. Though highly regulated, the quality of the finished product can be highly variable and inconsistent compromising the finished product.
Thorough watering is required after planting to activate the microbes and nutrients incorporated in UltraGrow Blends. These essential nutrients last up to 16-months, while the bio inoculants make this a living medium, resulting in healthy plant growth for many years. A balanced fertiliser has been added at the time of manufacture, but specialist fertiliser may be required for optimal growth in some applications.
